Tips for the A1 Writing Exam
- Address every point. The most common A1 mistake is forgetting one of the three content points. Read the task carefully!
- Short, clear sentences are perfectly fine. Nobody expects complex grammar at A1. Clear, short sentences are better than long, error-filled ones.
- Learn the basic email template. Greeting (Liebe/r …, Hallo …), body text (3 points), sign-off (Viele Grüße, Dein/e …).
